Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please read this policy carefully before initiating any return.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, except as required by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

        The item has not been used and is in its original condition

        The item is in its original packaging, unopened or in resalable condition

        The item is accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

        The return request is made within the period specified in Section 1

 

Non-returnable items (final sale):

        Final sale items or items clearly identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

        Personalized or custom-made items manufactured to your specifications

        Personal hygiene items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) where the protective packaging has been removed

        Gift cards and store credits

        Digital products or downloads after access or download has been completed

        Food products or perishable goods

3. Return Procedure

To make a return, please follow these steps:

        Step 1: Contact our customer service at info@anyteks.ca with your order number, item description, and reason for return

        Step 2: Await our team's response within 02-05 business days and obtain your Return Authorization (RA) number

        Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the RA number inside the parcel

        Step 4: Ship the parcel to the address provided in our return confirmation email

 

Important: No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Parcels returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

        The item received is defective or damaged (see Section 7)

        The item received does not match the description or the order placed (our error)

        The item must be recalled for safety reasons

 

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon presentation of the receipt.

 

Certain returns may be subject to distributor or manufacturer restocking fees, which may vary depending on product type, condition, and return eligibility.

 

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns at your expense, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

 

Additional delays: Depending on your financial institution or credit card company, it may take up to 15 additional business days for the credit to appear on your account statement.

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective item.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged, or if an error was made on our part in preparing your order.

 

If you wish to receive an item in a different size or colour, we suggest returning the item (subject to return conditions) and placing a separate new order for the desired item. This allows your order to be processed more quickly.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within [5] days of receipt at info@anyteks.ca including:

        Your order number

        A detailed description of the defect or damage

        Clear photographs of the defective or damaged item and its packaging

 

We will assess your request and offer, as appropriate, a replacement item or a full refund including shipping fees. We will cover return shipping costs in these circumstances.

8. Compliance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act

This return and refund policy applies in addition to the rights granted to you by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (R.S.Q., c. P-40.1). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or restrict your legal rights as a Quebec consumer.

 

Under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, you benefit in particular from the statutory warranty of quality: any goods sold must be fit for the purpose for which they are ordinarily used and must not have any latent defects at the time of sale. In the event of a latent defect or non-conformity, you may exercise the remedies provided by law, regardless of the deadlines set out in this policy.
