This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Anyteks Canada.
1. Processing times
Orders are normally processed within 4-10 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods. Processing times are estimates only and may vary.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, product availability, and distributor fulfillment. We do not guarantee delivery dates unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Shipping areas
We currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Some products may have geographic restrictions or may require additional transit time.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated before order completion where applicable. Oversized, heavy, hazardous, or special-order products may incur additional charges.
5. Risk of delay
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, remote locations, force majeure, or supplier delays.
6. Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Re-shipment fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the parcel.
7. Damaged or missing parcels
Inspect your parcel upon delivery or pickup. Report visible damage, shortages, or missing items within 2 days of receipt with photos and order details.
8. Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
9. Split shipments
We may ship items separately to improve delivery speed or because products come from different warehouses or suppliers. Additional charges will only apply if disclosed at checkout.
